About the Company: iBloom Learning is an AI-powered learning platform focused on making education more personalized, engaging, and effective for children. We build learning tools that support students, teachers, and parents with structured learning resources, interactive worksheets, smart assessments, and personalized practice. Our platform supports learners from Pre-K to Grade 5, helping them build strong foundations in areas such as Math, English, Reading, Vocabulary, and SpellBee. We also provide tools that help teachers create learning resources and support parents in their children's learning journey. At iBloom Learning, we are working towards making quality and personalized learning accessible to more children and schools. Responsibilities: Visit schools and connect with principals, coordinators, teachers, and management. Introduce iBloom Learning and explain how it can support students, teachers, and schools. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals. Identify potential schools and generate new school leads through field visits and local research. Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with decision-makers. Understand the school's requirements and communicate them to the iBloom Learning team. Follow up with schools through calls, WhatsApp, and email after meetings. Maintain a database of schools, contacts, meetings, and follow-ups. Support the team in converting interested schools into partnerships. Collect feedback from schools and share insights to improve the product and outreach strategy. Represent iBloom Learning professionally during school visits and events. Achieve weekly outreach and meeting targets. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with school principals, teachers, and management. Willingness to visit schools and travel locally for meetings. Good networking and relationship-building skills. Proactive attitude with the ability to approach and connect with new people. Good follow-up and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining school and lead records. Interest in education, EdTech, or sales/business development is a plus. Previous sales, business development, marketing, or internship experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome. Ability to work independently and meet outreach/meeting targets. Lead generation.
