About the Company Chrysalis Services is a consulting firm focused on transforming India's social sector. We partner with NGOs, trusts, foundations, corporates, and philanthropists to improve operational efficiency, strengthen program implementation, and maximize social impact. Join us to gain hands-on exposure to CSR consulting, project management, research, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and impact assessment while contributing to meaningful social development projects. Responsibilities Support end-to-end CSR project planning and implementation. Conduct secondary research and assist in data collection. Assist in baseline, midline, endline, need assessment, and impact assessment studies. Support Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities and project tracking. Collect qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, interviews, FGDs, and field visits. Assist in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using Excel. Prepare impact reports, presentations, dashboards, case studies, and client deliverables. Document project activities, best practices, and success stories. Coordinate with NGOs, implementation partners, and internal teams. Participate in field visits, where required. Research CSR trends, government schemes, sustainability frameworks, and development practices. Support other project and research activities assigned by the reporting manager. Requirements Recent graduates in MSW, MA (Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Public Policy, Development Studies), MBA (CSR/Sustainability), or related disciplines. Strong interest in CSR, the social sector, research, and impact assessment. Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel for field visits, if required. Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
