About the Company
Hiring Campus is seeking an AI Process Operator (AIPO) for a US Healthcare Operations role based in Noida. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for candidates interested in US Healthcare Operations, international voice processes, customer support, and AI-enabled business operations. We are open to candidates from various BPO backgrounds, including domestic BPO, international BPO, voice process, customer support, inbound process, outbound process, and call center. Prior US Healthcare experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound US healthcare-related calls and assist with customer queries.
- Support insurance benefit verification and appointment coordination.
- Communicate professionally with patients and providers where required.
- Work on AI-enabled operational activities, including voice interactions, prompts, interaction validation, data annotation and classification.
- Review AI-generated outputs for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain accuracy and quality while following process guidelines and completing assigned operational activities.
Requirements
- BPO experience from any process (domestic or international).
- Voice/customer support experience accepted.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate with customers and follow processes.
- Comfortable working from the Noida office location and in a US shift (approximately 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, or as required).
