Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the attainment of sales targets and objectives.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or clients and share it with internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in field sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
