About the Role:
- We're looking for a motivated Software Engineering Intern to join our engineering team and contribute to real-world, production-grade applications. You'll work closely with experienced engineers across the stack—frontend, backend, databases, integrations, automation, and AI-powered features—while gaining hands-on ownership of features from development through deployment.
- This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems, learns quickly, and takes pride in shipping reliable software.
What You'll Work On:
- Design and implement backend APIs and business logic.
- Work with PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM for database design and data management.
- Implement authentication, authorization, roles, and permissions.
- Build automation and notification workflows.
- Develop dashboards, analytics, and data-driven features.
- Explore and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into products.
- Debug production issues and improve application performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based development workflows.
- Deploy and maintain applications using modern cloud and containerization tools.

Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong grasp of programming fundamentals.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with React or Next.js.
- Understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work across the stack.
Good to Have:
- Experience with PostgreSQL and an ORM (Drizzle or similar).
- Familiarity with tRPC.
- Experience building full-stack applications.
- Knowledge of Redis and Docker.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment.
- Exposure to AI/LLM APIs.
- Personal projects, open-source contributions, or prior internship experience.
