Job Title: H Card / G Card Holder - Customs Operations

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced H Card / G Card Holder to manage customs documentation, import-export operations, and cargo clearance activities. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in customs procedures, regulatory compliance, and coordination with customs authorities and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import-export customs documentation and clearance procedures.
- Prepare and process Bills of Entry (BOE) and Shipping Bills.
- Coordinate customs examination, assessment, Out of Charge (OOC), and Let Export Order (LEO).
- Liaise with Customs officials, Customs Brokers (CHA), shipping lines, CFS/ICD teams, transporters, and other stakeholders.
- Track shipment and cargo clearance status and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable customs regulations.
- Resolve documentation and operational issues through effective coordination and follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid H Card or G Card is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in customs clearance and import-export operations.
- Knowledge of Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, OOC, LEO, and customs examination procedures.
- Working knowledge of ICEGATE, EDI, and customs documentation systems.
- Experience in Customs Brokers/CHA, freight forwarding, shipping, CFS/ICD, or logistics operations.
- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Important Note:
Candidates must hold a valid H Card or G Card and have relevant practical experience in customs operations.
