About the Company
Futurefund Financial is expanding its customer-focused lending business and is looking for a Loan Sales Executive to join its Pune office. The company works to connect customers with suitable loan solutions through responsible, service-oriented financial sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective customers through field and office-based sales activities.
- Understand customer financial needs and explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment terms.
- Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and guide applicants through the loan application process.
- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to support timely application processing and disbursal.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales performance.
- Achieve assigned targets while ensuring ethical selling practices and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in loan sales, banking, financial services, or customer acquisition is preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
- Strong communication, persuasion, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and clearly present financial products.
- Comfort working from the Pune office in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to maintain sales and customer records.
