Floors 2 Decors operates in the flooring and carpets industry and is seeking a customer-focused Flooring Sales Executive for its Pune team. The role suits a sales professional with at least one year of experience who can understand customer requirements and guide buyers toward suitable flooring and carpet options. The position is full-time and in-office, with a monthly salary range of ₹30,000 to ₹35,000.
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend relevant flooring and carpet products.
- Explain product features, finishes, sizing, pricing, and care considerations clearly and accurately.
- Follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, and support customers through the purchase decision.
- Maintain organized records of leads, customer conversations, quotations, and sales activity.
- Coordinate with colleagues to help ensure a smooth customer experience from initial enquiry through order completion.
- Work toward sales goals while building lasting customer relationships and representing the business professionally.
Requirements
- At least one year of relevant sales experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with confidence discussing products and pricing.
- A consultative approach, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up reliably on customer enquiries.
- Interest in flooring and carpets, and willingness to build product knowledge.
- Ability to work full-time from the Pune office.
