About the Company
Yatriko is a travel management company expanding its international holiday sales operations with a new office in Jaipur. The team helps travelers explore destinations including Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali, and Dubai through clearly structured holiday packages. In this customer-facing role, you will focus on converting warm enquiries into confirmed bookings while a dedicated operations team manages fulfilment.
Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads by phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand travel dates, group size, preferences, and budget.
- Present suitable international holiday packages using approved pricing and itinerary templates.
- Respond to pricing questions, address objections, follow up thoughtfully, and secure booking deposits.
- Record client requirements accurately and hand confirmed bookings to the operations team for execution.
- Maintain professional, helpful communication throughout the sales process and work toward booking goals.
Requirements
- Suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience; complete role training is provided.
- Graduate in any stream, such as BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, or Travel and Tourism.
- Strong spoken and written communication in Hindi and English, with confidence speaking to customers by phone.
- A persuasive, customer-focused approach, willingness to learn, and genuine interest in international travel and sales.
- This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the travel and tourism industry. Compensation is ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.
