Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing ERP applications that facilitate manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, inventory, and finance operations.
Works closely with Business Users, Production, Planning, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth ERP operations and continuous process improvements.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Support Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, Planning, Logistics, and Finance processes within ERP.
Assist users in process improvement and system optimization initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and process compliance.
Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate with business teams, developers, and external vendors.
Participate in project meetings and implementation activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in ERP support, business systems, or manufacturing IT environments.
Experience with ERP / Infor LN.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
Understanding of production planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management.
Experience in report development and data analysis.
Knowledge of ERP integrations and interfaces.
Basic understanding of ERP concepts and business processes.
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, or Finance operations.
SQL query and database fundamentals.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Flexible to work in shifts
