Moving away from rigid monthly memberships, FitFare operates on a pay-per-session model, allowing users to train wherever and whenever they want, paying only for the sessions they use. Key features include zero lock-in access, a vast partner gym network, expert guidance from 150+ certified professionals, AI-powered personalized workout plans, nutrition support from registered dietitians, advanced progress tracking, and transparent billing.

FitFare also collaborates directly with gyms, providing AI-based dynamic pricing, real-time booking and revenue insights, and a growth-friendly commission model. The platform promotes partner fitness centers to its user base at no upfront cost, charging only for footfall delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients and business partners to drive growth opportunities.
  • Support and coordinate collaboration meetings and calls with prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Track, analyze, and report on outreach activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to achieving weekly and monthly business development targets.
  • Assist in preparing compelling proposals, pitches, and client presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or B2B partnerships (experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail industries is a plus).
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and negotiating pricing/terms with clients or vendors.
  • Strong relationship-management and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage clients and stakeholders in person.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Data-comfortable, with the ability to use market/performance insights to support business decisions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace, and spreadsheets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, though not mandatory.
