Opportunity brief
We are looking for an experienced International Sales Executive to join our digital marketing company. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling international leads, following up with prospects through calls and emails, understanding client requirements, and converting qualified leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to international leads and prospects.
- Follow up with leads through calls and emails.
- Understand client requirements and explain our digital marketing and IT services.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential international clients.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain records of calls, emails, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and client onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales, International Sales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in the IT or Digital Marketing industry is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable with international cold calling and client communication.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of the sales process.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of email communication and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work in an international shift.
