Firmway is hiring an Accounts Executive!
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day backend data operations for clients.
- Upload, update, validate, and maintain client data in internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational reports, and data summaries.
- Perform basic data analysis and identify discrepancies or errors in client data.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the Key Account Manager with client-related backend activities and data requirements.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Follow up on pending information and ensure timely closure of backend activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of client-related activities.
- Assist in resolving basic client data-related queries and issues.
- Identify recurring data issues and highlight them to the concerned team.
- Support other backend and operational activities as required by the business.
Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge and comfort working with numerical and client-related data.
- Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to data validation and documentation.
- Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and identify inconsistencies in data.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and account managers.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and internal systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, follow up proactively, and meet deadlines.
