Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with potential customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant loan/financial relief solutions.
- Convert qualified inquiries into active clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about available solutions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and case processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and professional approach.
- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Sales or business development experience is preferred.
- Experience in the loan/financial services sector will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow with FINCARE.
