Roles: Support day-to-day e-commerce operations and assigned projects Coordinate with the team to complete e-commerce tasks accurately and on time Responsibilities: Conduct product and competitor research (pricing, offers, customer reviews) Create, update, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, specifications, images) Prepare product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and other listing information Monitor product pricing, availability, inventory, and listing accuracy Assist with product categorisation and maintaining organised product data Research customer preferences and e-commerce market trends Assist with order tracking and basic customer query coordination when required Maintain e-commerce records and reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets Requirements: Previous internship or work experience in E-Commerce is mandatory Relevant experience in E-Commerce Operations, Online Store Management, Marketplace Operations, Product Listing, Marketplace Management, or E-Commerce Management is preferred Practical exposure to product research, product listing, competitor analysis, order management, inventory coordination, or online store operations Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data management is mandatory Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online selling processes is mandatory Good research, analytical, communication, and organisational skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn Must be available 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday Must be able to commit to the complete 3-month full-time internship without conflicting academic, professional, or other commitments
