About the Company
Enervia Nutraceuticals Private Limited is a growing nutraceuticals company focused on building science-backed health and wellness solutions.
The company is building Outpace, its performance hydration brand, designed to support hydration, recovery, and endurance for active individuals. With a focus on science-led formulations, transparent ingredients, and products tailored to Indian lifestyles, Outpace aims to make performance hydration more accessible across fitness, sports, and everyday wellness.
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Manager who can help streamline daily operations, manage fulfilment across D2C and B2B channels, and support the growth of both Enervia and its Outpace brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily order fulfilment across D2C and B2B channels, ensuring order accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
- Work closely with sales, customer support, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track order processing and delivery performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical process improvements.
- Support operational requirements related to Outpace, including product movement, stock availability, sampling, and business orders.
- Maintain proper documentation, operational reports, and records.
- Handle multiple priorities independently while taking ownership of day-to-day execution in a growing startup environment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, fulfilment, supply chain, e-commerce, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience with order management, inventory control, vendor coordination, or logistics.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable working across both D2C and B2B business operations.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
