Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Ensure to comply with the company's safety, health and environmental management regulations.
Manage customer contracts by performing preventative maintenance visits, documenting / delivering reports and providing on-site remedial support.
Ensure non-warranty replacement to customers for respective region on time.
Customer return valve Document tracking and ensure proper service and return to customer.
Co-ordination with Service Team and cross-functional teams for Service Activity
Understanding and following safety requirements for equipment design, troubleshooting, and operation.
Ensuring proper shutdown service activity with documentation and feedback from Customer end
Ensure Warranty/ Non-warranty replacement to customers for respective region on time.
Timely submission of service report and solutions provided to the customers.
B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree
Ability to work in with minimum supervision
0-2 years experience in service
Physical demands:
Must be able to lift to 3 Kilogram weight.
Must be able to distinguish colors

Requirements

Experience in Solenoid valves handling, and Knowledge of field instrumentation pressure, Flow & Temperature.
Proficiency in Hindi and English language.
Willing to travel approximately 75% (within country and region).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
