We provide end-to-end services including project execution and operation & maintenance (O&M) support. Responsibilities of Candidate:
- Coordinate with operators at various project sites for daily updates and issue resolution
- Communicate with clients regarding service updates, concerns, or technical queries
- Track and ensure timely completion of tasks related to service and maintenance
- Document reports, follow-ups, and feedback received from clients and site teams
- Maintain internal project records and service logs
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments when required
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.)
- Good listener and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic technical understanding (preferred but not mandatory)
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Science/Engineering background preferred, but not compulsory)
