About the Company:
Ecologics India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive to manage procurement for Wastewater Management Projects, including ETP, STP, and WTP. We are a dynamic company committed to environmental solutions and require a professional who can contribute to our project success through efficient and cost-effective purchasing.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Handle all procurement activities specific to ETP, STP, and WTP projects. - Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best materials and equipment. - Prepare and accurately process purchase orders. - Compare quotations thoroughly and finalize reliable suppliers. - Coordinate seamlessly with project, engineering, and accounts teams. - Ensure the timely delivery of all materials to various project sites. - Maintain a comprehensive vendor database and meticulous purchase records. - Monitor inventory levels and implement cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (technical qualifications are a plus). - Mandatory 2–3 years of hands-on purchase experience specifically within Wastewater Management Projects (ETP/STP/WTP). - Good knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management best practices. - Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential. - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred. - Only candidates with relevant direct industry experience in Wastewater Management (ETP/STP/WTP) should apply.
