DigitAlchemy Tech Limited is hiring for the role of Web Developer Intern!
About the Organisation:
DigitAlchemy Tech Limited (ADGM No. 35004) is an Abu Dhabi–headquartered deep-tech company building intelligence for the built environment, with its engineering team based in India. Operating under the Digital Abbot brand and powered by our proprietary DigitOracle® AI reasoning engine, we work where architecture, construction, and applied AI meet — digital twins, BIM-based information workflows, construction site safety intelligence, and real-time 3D visualisation.
Our platform takes the fragmented reality of a construction project — drawings, models, standards, site data, sensor feeds — and turns it into structured, auditable intelligence that engineering teams can act on. We deliver to clients and public-sector authorities across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, on projects of real scale and consequence.
We run small, senior, and fast. Interns here are not observers. You sit with the people building the product, your code is reviewed by engineers who care about it, and what you write can reach production. We hold a high bar for engineering craft and pay accordingly — which is why our stipend band is set by what you deliver, not by what your résumé claims.
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Assist in the design and development of responsive web interfaces.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for front-end and back-end components.
- Collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across various browsers and devices.
- Research and implement new web technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to technical documentation and project reports.
- Gain hands-on experience in a professional web development environment.
- Support the development team in day-to-day tasks and project milestones.
- Learn and apply agile development methodologies.
Requirements:
- Be a good coder. No degree requirement, no minimum years of experience — we care only about whether you can build.
- Available for a full 6-month commitment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Front-end fundamentals that hold up under scrutiny — confident command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework such as React. Our interfaces render complex spatial and engineering data, so responsive, cross-browser reliability isn't a finishing touch here; it's the job.
- Working exposure to back-end and data flow — a server-side language, REST API integration, and version control with Git. You'll be wiring interfaces to live services, so understanding both sides of the request matters from day one.
- An engineer's instinct for problem-solving and clarity — methodical debugging, clear documentation, the ability to take feedback in code review, and precise communication with a distributed team.
Compensation
A monthly stipend of ₹30,000 to ₹80,000, positioned within the band on performance. Placement is reviewed through the internship, so strong contributors move up rather than waiting for the term to end. What you're paid reflects what you ship.
