Become a Campus Ambassador for Samanvay — DoMS IIT Madras' Annual Business Fest!
Samanvay, the flagship business fest of the Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, invites enthusiastic and well-connected students to join as Campus Ambassadors (CAs). As a CA, you'll be the official single point of contact (SPOC) for your college, driving fest-related communication, promotions, and on-ground participation.
This is an open program, every student who applies is onboarded as a Campus Ambassador and given the opportunity to lead, contribute, and earn recognition through the Registration Leaderboard.This is your chance to build leadership experience, earn a coveted Position of Responsibility (POR), and be part of one of the country's premier B-school fests, all while competing for exciting rewards on our Registration Leaderboard.
Rewards & Recognition
- Top 3 on leaderboard- Exclusive Merchandise + Rs.4000 each
- Rank 4 & 5 on leaderboard - Exclusive Merchandise + Rs.1500 each
- CAs with 15+ registrations - POR Certificate
The POR Certificate will be awarded to Campus Ambassadors who bring in a minimum of 15 registrations. To be eligible for the Top 5 leaderboard rewards, a Campus Ambassador must bring in a minimum of 50 registrations.
Guidelines:
- Open to all college students, no prior experience required
- Solo participation only; no teams
- Application window: September 2 – September 10
- Every applicant is confirmed as a Campus Ambassador; there is no selection process
Rules:
- Each applicant may submit only one entry
- Submissions after the deadline (September 10) will not be considered
- Campus Ambassadors are expected to actively promote Samanvay events and serve as the primary liaison between their college and the organizing team
- Each Campus Ambassador will receive a unique referral link/code to track their registrations for the leaderboard
- Rewards will be disbursed based on final leaderboard standings after verification of registrations
