Opportunity brief
The Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras presents Krunch, a business case competition designed to challenge participants to analyse real-world business situations, identify critical problems, and develop practical, data-driven solutions. Krunch evaluates structured thinking, business acumen, analytical ability, and the ability to make sound strategic decisions under constraints. Each stage is designed to test a different dimension of problem-solving, with participants expected to move beyond generic ideas and demonstrate clear, well-reasoned thinking.
Rounds:
- Round 1 - Quiz Round (on Unstop)
- Round 2 – Case study submission (via Unstop)
- Round 3 - Final Presentation (Offline)
Guidelines:
- This event is open to all college students.
- Team members should be from the same institute.
- A team can consist of 1 - 3 students.
- A student cannot be part of more than one team.
- There is no limit to the number of entries that can be received from a particular institute.
- Each team can submit only one entry for the competition.
- The decision of the organizers and judges will be final and binding on the team.
- The format, structure, and prize money of events are subject to change before the actual beginning of the event.
