DailyObjects is hiring for Retail Store Sales Specialist!

Responsibilities:
- Welcome walk-in customers and create a warm, engaging, and memorable store experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products across technology accessories, lifestyle, and EDC categories.
- Manage POS transactions, stock checks, store opening and closing routines, and other daily operational activities.
- Maintain visual merchandising, zone readiness, and brand presentation standards.
- Contribute to store sales targets, conversion metrics, product demonstrations, and relevant upselling.
- Support the team during weekends, holidays, festivals, and peak airport hours.
- Assist with team coordination, training briefs, shift planning, inventory planning, and sales target execution.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail store sales or operations, preferably with a lifestyle, premium retail, or technology-focused brand.
- Strong spoken English, polished interpersonal communication, and a well-presented personality.
- A customer-first approach and confidence in serving premium customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems, stock management, and inventory planning.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based at Chennai International Airport, with compensation of ₹23,000 to ₹40,000 per month based on evaluation.
