Curwic is hiring for the role of Business Development Interns! About the Company: Curwic is a performance-systems consulting startup dedicated to enhancing business performance through innovative solutions. We work with clients to optimize their systems and drive measurable results, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Responsibilities : Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies. Support the sales team in creating presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present Curwic's solutions. Track and report on sales performance metrics, contributing to a data-driven approach. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Proactive, results-oriented, and eager to learn. Familiarity with performance-systems consulting is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred. Important: The compensation for this role is performance-based, with earnings of up to ₹18,000 per month.
