Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Curious Bay's social media accounts, especially Instagram.
- Plan weekly content calendars and organize upcoming posts.
- Research trending topics, content formats, and ideas relevant to parents, children, and education.
- Develop creative content ideas for reels, carousels, stories, and static posts.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and relevant hashtags.
- Coordinate the creation and scheduling of social media content.
- Create basic social media creatives using tools such as Canva.
- Monitor engagement, reach, views, and follower growth.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve our social media strategy.
- Suggest new campaigns and creative approaches to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Maintain consistency in Curious Bay's brand voice and visual identity.
Requirements:
- Interest in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Good written communication skills, especially in English.
- Creativity and the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
- Basic understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Willingness to learn content planning, social media analytics, and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.
