Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on key insights and recommendations.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Research competitor social media activities and identify best practices.
- Assist in the creation of social media advertising campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
- College students / freshers can apply.
- Interest in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or Sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working remotely.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing UG/PG degree in any discipline.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing knowledge.
- Lead Generation & Outreach skills.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Basic Canva/Google Sheets knowledge is a plus.
- Experience: 0–1 year; freshers welcome.
