Conduct market research to identify trends and audience preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns. Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven adjustments. Requirements: Open to fresher college students with a passion for content creation and marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with content creation tools or platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
