Opportunity brief
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- The event accepts participation from students studying in India and abroad.
- Only teams with members from the same college/institution are allowed; cross-college teams are not permitted.
- Teams consisting of three members only can register.
Format & Process:
- The competition is conducted online, but participants may join offline if desired.
- The structure includes three rounds:
- Prelim Round (5th September)
- Prelim Round Submission (7th September)
- Final Round (8th September)
- Final Round Presentation (10th September)
- Details of the deliverables and specific tasks will be provided post-registration.
Guidelines:
- All participants must have access to a stable internet connection, a laptop/desktop with a working microphone, and a webcam throughout the event.
- Formal attire is required during all rounds of the event.
- Institution ID cards are mandatory for verification during registration and before presentations.
- Inter-specialization team composition is allowed (if not restricted by the organizing body).
- Inter-college team members are strictly not permitted.
Rules of the Competition:
- Only three members per team.
- Technical/network issues faced by participants will not be considered, and delays in joining will directly impact their presentation time.
- Participants must be punctual for all online sessions.
- Teams found violating eligibility or format rules (such as cross-college teaming) will be disqualified.
- Further information regarding problem statements, number of questions, and round durations will be sent to participants after registration.
- Participants are expected to demonstrate real-world problem-solving and contingency planning skills throughout the event
