Buddha Innovation Council (BIC), the Incubation Unit of Buddha Institute of Technology, Gorakhpur, with the support of AKTU Innovation Hub, proudly presents TechYuva 11.0 – Technical Model Competition 2026.
TechYuva is a platform for students, startups, innovators, and entrepreneurs to showcase innovative ideas, technical models, prototypes, and technology-based solutions addressing real-world challenges.

Who Can Participate?
TechYuva 11.0 is open to:
- College students
- UG & PG students
- Startups
- Innovators
- Entrepreneurs
- Young technology enthusiasts
Participants can showcase an innovative technical idea, working model, prototype, or technology-based solution addressing a real-world problem.
Cash Prizes:
- First Prize: ₹11,000/-
- Second Prize: ₹7,100/-
- Third Prize: ₹5,100/-
Participation certificates will be provided to eligible participants.

- Event Dates: 3–4 November 2026
- Last Date for Registration: 28 October 2026
- 3 November 2026 — Screening Round:
- Mode: Physical
Participants will present their:
- Innovative Idea (PPT), and/or
- Technical Model / Prototype
The Top 50 Teams will be shortlisted for the Final Round.
4 November 2026 — Final Round:
- Presentation by Top 50 Teams
- Expert Evaluation
- Winners Announcement
- Prize Distribution

Competition Process:
Step 1 — Registration:

Step 2 — Prepare Your Innovation:
Develop your technical model, prototype, or innovative solution.
Step 3 — Screening Round:
Present your idea/model physically before the evaluation panel on 3 November 2026.
Step 4 — Top 50 Selection:
The best-performing teams will qualify for the Final Round.
Step 5 — Final Presentation:
Top 50 teams will present their innovations on 4 November 2026.
Step 6 — Winners Announcement:
The top three teams will receive cash prizes and recognition.
Evaluation Parameters:
Projects may be evaluated on the basis of:
- Innovation & Originality
- Problem Identification
- Technical Feasibility
- Practical Applicability
- Creativity & Design
- Sustainability & Social Impact
- Cost Effectiveness
- Quality of Presentation
- Potential for Scalability
General Rules:
- The project/model presented should be original and developed by the participating team.
- Participants must bring their required model/prototype and presentation material for the physical screening round.
- Participants are responsible for arranging and carrying their own project/model and required equipment.
- The decision of the evaluation panel regarding selection and prizes will be final.
- The organisers reserve the right to modify the event schedule if required.
- Participation certificates will be provided to eligible participants.
- Teams qualifying for the Final Round must be physically present at the venue for the final presentation.
