About the Competition
- Buddha Innovation Council (BIC), the Incubation Unit of Buddha Institute of Technology, Gorakhpur, is organizing TECHYUVA 11.0 – Technical Model Competition 2026, sponsored by AKTU Innovation Hub, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
- TECHYUVA 11.0 is a platform for students, startups, innovators and entrepreneurs to present their innovative ideas, technical models, prototypes and technology-based solutions addressing real-world challenges.
- The competition provides participants with an opportunity to showcase, present and receive expert evaluation of their innovations in a physical competition environment.

Who Can Participate?
TECHYUVA 11.0 is open to:

Participants can present an innovative idea, technical model, prototype, working model or technology-based solution addressing a real-world problem.
Competition Format
DAY 1 – Screening Round
3 November 2026 | Tuesday
Mode: Physical
Participants will present:
- Innovative Idea through PPT, and/or
- Technical Model / Prototype
The screening round will be conducted at Buddha Institute of Technology, Gorakhpur.
No Registration Fee for Screening Round
All registered teams can participate in the Screening Round without any registration fee.
Top 50 teams will be shortlisted for the Final Round.
DAY 2 – Final Round
4 November 2026 | Wednesday
The selected Top 50 Teams will participate in the Final Round.
The Final Round will include:
- Technical/Model Presentation
- Expert Evaluation
- Winners Announcement
- Prize Distribution
Final Round Registration Fee: ₹200 per Team
Applicable only to the Top 50 Teams selected from the Screening Round on 3 November 2026.
Cash Prizes
- First Prize – ₹11,000/-
- Second Prize – ₹7,100/-
- Third Prize – ₹5,100/-
Participation Certificates will be provided to eligible participants.

Competition Process
Step 1 – Registration
- Register your team for TECHYUVA 11.0.
Step 2 – Prepare Your Innovation
- Develop your innovative idea, technical model, prototype or working solution.
Step 3 – Screening Round
- Present your idea/model physically before the evaluation panel on 3 November 2026.
Step 4 – Top 50 Selection
- The Top 50 Teams will be shortlisted for the Final Round.
Step 5 – Final Presentation
- Selected teams will present their innovations on 4 November 2026.
Step 6 – Winners Announcement
- The top three teams will receive cash prizes and recognition.
General Rules & Guidelines
- The project/model/idea presented should be original and developed by the participating team.
- Participants must bring their required model/prototype and presentation material for the physical Screening Round.
- Participants are responsible for arranging and carrying their own project/model, equipment and required materials.
- Teams must be physically present at the venue for the respective round.
- Only the Top 50 teams selected during the Screening Round will be eligible for the Final Round.
- The ₹200 Final Round registration fee is applicable only to the selected Top 50 teams.
- The decision of the evaluation panel regarding selection, ranking and prizes shall be final.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, if required.
- Participation certificates will be provided to eligible participants.
- Teams qualifying for the Final Round must be physically present at the venue for the final presentation.
