Theme: Art, Heritage & Sustainability
Your creativity is your canvas, and sustainability is your statement. Participants are encouraged to explore concepts around nature, cultural traditions, and transformation while using materials mindfully. Broad themes will be shared in advance to help you prepare your ideas and color palettes, but adherence to eco-conscious practices and theme alignment is essential.
Participation Guidelines:
- Participation is strictly in teams of two: one artist and one model.
- Participants must use skin-friendly, non-toxic colors and practice mindful, zero-waste art techniques in alignment with SDG 12.
- Broad themes and color palettes can be planned beforehand, but reference sheets, templates, or stencils are strictly prohibited during the event.
- Mindful consumption is compulsory; excessive material waste or non-eco-friendly practices will lead to point deductions or disqualification.
Event Structure:
- Round 1: Base Design Round (5 Minutes)
- Artists will have five minutes to establish the foundational design and core concept on their model.
- Round 2: Live Surprise Challenge
- Hosts will announce dynamic, on-the-spot challenges requiring teams to incorporate specific colors, patterns, symbols, or elements into their ongoing artwork within set time limits.
- Round 3: Final Showcase & Presentation
- Teams will present their completed artwork on stage, displaying visual impact, technical precision, and their interpretation of the theme to the judges.
