We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our digital presence and help communicate our services effectively across online platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and publishing engaging content for social media channels.
- Create captions, post ideas, short-form content concepts, and basic visual briefs.
- Support research on social media trends, audience interests, competitor activity, and relevant visa or travel topics.
- Help maintain the content calendar and coordinate timely publishing.
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic engagement metrics, escalating customer queries when required.
- Work with the team to improve brand visibility, consistency, and audience interaction.
Requirements
- Suitable for freshers with an interest in social media, digital marketing, communications, or content creation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and current content formats.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic familiarity with design or video-editing tools is helpful but not mandatory.
This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship based in Thane. The internship duration is 3 months, with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000–₹6,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to social media operations, content planning, audience engagement, and digital brand building within the visa services industry.
