Role Overview
The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child's learning needs, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps' programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs. - Understand the child's current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths. - Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes. - Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions. - Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment. - Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
Work Schedule & Requirements
- Work Days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement). - Shift Timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift). - Mode: On-site / WFO – HSR Layout, Bangalore. - Laptop: Personal laptop mandatory and must be in good working condition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline. - Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered. - Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents. - Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role. - Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
