Responsibilities
- Connect with parents via calls, WhatsApp, email, and video meetings
- Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable programs
- Guide parents through the enrollment process and address their queries
- Manage lead follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve revenue, conversion, and productivity targets
- Collaborate with academic and support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Requirements
- Excellent communication and counselling skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Personal laptop and stable broadband connection required
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends (weekday off)
