Roles:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers/students welcome to apply).
- No prior experience required; prior exposure to EdTech is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working with international teams across time zones.
Responsibility:
- Assist as a point of contact for new part-time teachers during their initial onboarding period, supporting smooth onboarding and successful demo delivery.
- Help schedule, track, and monitor demo classes, flagging challenges as they arise.
- Coordinate with teachers to confirm availability and keep slot information updated.
- Escalate issues to senior team members when required and follow up until resolution.
- Support operational reporting, data entry, and maintenance of daily trackers.
- Share timely updates with managers and team leads to enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to support seamless execution of demo
