BrightChamps is a global live-learning edtech platform helping kids aged 6–16 learn next‐gen life skills like coding, financial literacy, communication skills, and robotics across 25+ countries.

Role overview

The Academic Counsellor will connect with parents in the US market, understand their child's learningneeds, and drive enrolments for BrightChamps' programs through consultative counselling and high-quality sales conversation

Key responsibilities

  • Connect with US-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
  • Understand the child's current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.

Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes. - Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions. Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a performance-driven environment. - Collaborate with operations and academic teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.

Work schedule & Requirements

- Work days: 6 days a week, including Saturday and Sunday (weekday off as per business requirement).

  • Shift timing: US Shift – 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM IST (night shift).
  • Mode: On-site / WFO - HSR Layout, Bangalore
  • Laptop: Laptop mandatory; candidates must have a personal laptop in good working condition.

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with US parents.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift and a target-oriented sales role.
  • Strong persuasion, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
