Opportunity brief

About 70% of this job is generating AI video. The other 30% is good editing. You direct the video; you don't just cut it.

Apply only if all three are true:

  • You've made real AI UGC videos yourself: generated the clips and edited them into a finished video.
  • You can edit video properly.
  • You can work full time from our West Delhi office.

Not for you if your AI work is animated still images, image slideshows or avatar templates.

Who we are:

A small AI video studio. We make realistic AI UGC ads, animation, songs and AI dramas for D2C brands, mostly in health and supplements. We're a new team and we learn on the job, together.

Our standard:

If we use AI, the video has to be as good as a real shoot, or better. Nobody should be able to tell whether it's AI or real. We don't ship slop.

The job:

  • Generate shots with the top AI video models, using our prompt systems.
  • Keep the same character, lip sync and camera movement right across a video. Ours run from 2 minutes up to 15.
  • Fix what AI gets wrong: warped hands, a product that changes between shots, melted text.
  • Edit, add sound and finish the video so a client can run it.

Who we want:

  • A self-starter. You try new models and ideas before anyone asks.
  • You think about what AI makes possible. Shots that used to need a full shoot, made faster and for less.
  • You think before you prompt. You follow a system, you don't paste whatever comes out first.
  • You take notes and come back better. We test this.

What you get:

  • The founder trains you personally on our full system, from script to finished video.
  • We pay for the top AI models you work with.
  • We promote from within. As we grow, you grow.

Details

  • Pay: Up to ₹40,000 a month, depending on experience and the trial.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours including a 1-hour lunch.
  • Start: As soon as possible. Probation first, then permanent.
  • Hiring: Form (5 minutes), a short unpaid test task, then interviews.
