React Native Developer Intern – Boatigo Location: Remote Duration: 2 Months Internship Type: Unpaid Perks: Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation About Boatigo: Boatigo is India's emerging digital marketplace for water tourism and adventure experiences. We connect travelers with boating, cruises, rafting, kayaking, adventure sports, and unique experiences across India. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated React Native Developer Intern to help build and enhance the Boatigo mobile application. You will work closely with our UI/UX designers and backend developers to convert Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and scalable mobile interfaces for Android and iOS. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile application features using React Native. Convert Figma UI/UX designs into functional and responsive mobile screens. Integrate the existing Boatigo backend and REST APIs with the mobile application. Implement navigation, forms, authentication, booking flows, and other core app features. Ensure consistent performance across Android and iOS devices. Debug and resolve UI, functionality, and performance issues. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers for smooth implementation. Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration. Test features thoroughly before deployment. Requirements: Strong understanding of React Native. Good knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript. Familiarity with React.js concepts, components, hooks, and state management. Experience integrating REST APIs. Understanding of responsive mobile UI development. Familiarity with Git and GitHub. Basic understanding of Android/iOS development and app lifecycle. Knowledge of Firebase, push notifications, maps, or payment integrations is a plus. Ability to work with Figma designs and translate them accurately into code. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
