About the Company
Blackhardstone is a growing financial services company focused on retail lending and asset loans.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales for retail asset loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, and Loan Against Securities.
- Identify and engage potential clients across designated territories to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, documentation verification, and application processing in alignment with client banking guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners to foster continuous business growth.
- Ensure stringent adherence to credit norms, compliance standards, and loan disbursement guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in retail asset loans (Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, LAS).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Sound understanding of retail banking documentation, credit assessment, and KYC processes.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Comfortable with day shift timings (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) based in Malad, Mumbai.
