Opportunity brief
Roles:
- Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients.
- Conduct dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Perform routine procedures including scaling, fillings, extractions, RCTs, and preventive treatments.
- Explain treatment options and procedures clearly to patients.
- Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate patient records, medical histories, and treatment documentation.
- Follow all clinical, sterilization, infection-control, and safety protocols.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with dental assistants, hygienists, and other clinical team members.
- Manage patient follow-ups and contribute to a positive patient experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and professional standards within the clinical area.
Requirements:
- BDS degree from a recognized dental college/institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Dental Council.
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry and clinical procedures.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
- Good clinical judgment, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
