Bayer is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases for open and pipeline roles.
  • Support the development of talent pools for recurring and critical roles to improve hiring turnaround time.
  • Assist in basic talent mapping exercises to identify relevant candidate segments in the market.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS/trackers for effective follow-ups and conversions.
  • Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess role fit based on defined criteria (skills, experience, location, compensation).
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate journey across stages.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure high engagement and experience quality.
  • Provide timely feedback and closure to candidates, including managing offer declines and drop-offs.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support fulfilment.
  • Provide regular updates on sourcing progress, pipeline status, and challenges.
  • Support hiring teams with interview scheduling, documentation, and coordination.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across internal and external platforms.
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, campus hiring, and social media campaigns.
  • Ensure job postings are clear, accurate, and aligned to market expectations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.
  • Track basic recruitment metrics such as number of profiles sourced, interview conversions, and offer join rates.
  • Stay updated on sourcing techniques, job market trends, and hiring tools.
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround time, and candidate experience.
  • Work closely with recruiters to improve quality of profiles and sourcing effectiveness over time.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines
  • Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
