Responsibilities
- Handle customer conversations through international chat support channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Understand customer concerns, provide accurate information, and resolve routine telecom-related queries within defined service standards.
- Follow process guidelines, verify relevant customer details, document interactions, and escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Maintain high standards for response quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction across assigned shifts.
- Coordinate with internal teams when a request requires additional investigation or follow-up.
Requirements
- Applicants with 0–2 years of experience in customer support, chat support, or a related service environment may apply.
- Strong written English, good comprehension, and the ability to communicate clearly with international customers are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency, typing ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn telecom processes are required.
- Immediate joiners who can start from October 1, 2026, are preferred.
- The role is based in Bangalore and follows a full-time, in-office work arrangement.
This is a full-time opportunity with an in-hand monthly salary range of ₹22,000 to ₹28,000. Candidates should be customer-focused, reliable, comfortable working with process targets, and prepared to support customers across international telecom operations.
