About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in content marketing, social media, SEO, lead generation, analytics, and digital campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and other online channels.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization, and basic competitor research.
- Manage and maintain social media content calendars and assist with audience engagement.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research to identify marketing opportunities.
- Assist with Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics.
- Track key metrics such as traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, CTR, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide insights based on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Assist with email marketing, lead-generation activities, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, SEO practices, and emerging marketing technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and digital advertising.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of keyword research and content optimization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic marketing metrics.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to research independently and learn new tools quickly.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications or coursework are a plus.
- Personal projects, internships, freelance work, blogs, social media pages, or campaign experience will be an advantage.
