Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Salesforce Associates who are eager to build their careers in the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, excellent English communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, configuring, and customizing Salesforce applications.
- Support Salesforce Admin and Developer teams in project implementation.
- Understand business requirements and provide suitable Salesforce solutions.
- Create reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
- Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide user support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform.
- Understanding of Apex, SOQL, Lightning, Flows, and Salesforce Administration.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
Communication Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2024, 2025, or 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Salesforce Admin certification or Salesforce Trailhead Superbadges will be an added advantage.
- Internship or academic project experience in Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Preferred)
- Salesforce AI Associate Certification (Good to Have)
- Trailhead Ranger Status (Good to Have)
