About the Company
Adhaan Solution Private Limited is hiring Senior Executives and Executives for Field Officer Sales (FOS) Collection roles supporting customer account servicing and field-based collection operations. This opportunity is open to freshers and candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience, offering the chance to work in a professional, target-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Visit customers and assigned locations to follow up on outstanding payments and account-related requirements.
- Carry out field collection activities responsibly while maintaining professional communication and customer dignity.
- Explain payment processes, record visit outcomes, and submit accurate daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors and internal teams regarding customer updates, escalations, and route planning.
- Meet assigned productivity and collection targets while following company procedures and compliance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and account information during all field interactions.
Requirements
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in field collection, sales, recovery, customer service, or financial services may apply.
- Candidates with a valid DRA Certificate are preferred.
- Applicants must own a bike or two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with field work, local travel, and meeting customers in assigned areas.
- Basic ability to use a smartphone and maintain digital or written records.
- Reliable, disciplined, and willing to work toward performance goals.
- Freshers will be considered at ₹2.40 LPA; compensation for experienced candidates may be offered up to ₹3.40 LPA based on interview performance and relevant experience.
