About the Role
Adda247 is hiring Exam Counsellors . We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates who have excellent communication skills and are passionate about helping students choose the right courses while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- - Counsel prospective students regarding UG exam preparation courses.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate enrollments.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
Eligibility Criteria
- - Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales/customer handling.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary
- - CTC: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
- In-hand Salary: Based on interview performance and last drawn salary (for experienced candidates).
