We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates who have excellent communication skills and are passionate about helping students choose the right courses while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students regarding UG exam preparation courses. Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses. Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate enrollments. Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling. Build and maintain strong relationships with students. Achieve monthly sales and admission targets. Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales/customer handling. Willingness to work in a target-driven environment. Salary CTC: ₹2.0 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA In-hand Salary: Based on interview performance and last drawn salary (for experienced candidates).
