Role Overview
We are looking for a Zoho Automation & ERP Intern to support the automation and management of the company's internal workflows and ERP systems. The intern will be responsible for assisting in building, maintaining, and improving automated workflows through Zoho, while also managing ERP-related operations and ensuring smooth coordination between different business functions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing workflow automation using Zoho applications.
- Manage and maintain the company's ERP system and related modules.
- Automate repetitive business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Configure workflows, approvals, notifications, forms, and task assignments within Zoho.
- Monitor existing automations and identify workflow gaps or errors.
- Create and maintain customized workflows based on individual department requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Sales, Operations, CRM, and other teams to understand their workflow requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized ERP data and records.
- Assist in integrating different Zoho applications and business functions.
- Troubleshoot basic workflow, automation, and ERP-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of workflows, automation processes, and system configurations.
- Regularly review existing workflows and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
- Ensure proper access, data flow, and information management within the ERP system.
- Support the team in implementing new ERP features, modules, and automation processes.
- Provide basic guidance to team members on using relevant Zoho and ERP workflows.
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business workflows.
- Interest in Zoho, workflow automation, and business process management.
- Logical and analytical thinking.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of databases and data management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Willingness to learn Zoho applications and automation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Flow, or Deluge is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with an interest in ERP, automation, SaaS platforms, or business technology are preferred.
- Prior experience with Zoho or any ERP platform is an advantage.
