Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and optimization of our Zoho App suite, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.
- Support the internal tech team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Zoho applications.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technological needs and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain documentation for internal tech processes and Zoho App configurations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with the latest Zoho advancements and best practices.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant technical or management program.
- Familiarity with Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Creator) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and contribute to internal tech initiatives.
