Zycus Infotech Private Limited is hiring for the role of Technical Account Manager (TAM) Intern!
Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Support Technical Account Managers throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, enablement, and ongoing success.
- Use Generative AI tools to improve productivity by summarizing meetings, creating documentation, preparing customer communications, analyzing product usage, and accelerating problem-solving.
- Assist enterprise customers in maximizing the value of Zycus' AI-powered procurement platform.
- Monitor customer health, product adoption, operational KPIs, and usage trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues and drive successful outcomes.
- Document customer requirements, enhancement requests, implementation learnings, and best practices.
- Participate in customer meetings, business reviews, technical workshops, and account planning sessions.
- Gain hands-on exposure to enterprise integrations, REST APIs, workflow automation, and cloud-based SaaS applications.
- Contribute ideas on how AI can enhance customer experience, internal processes, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, reports, and customer deliverables using AI-powered productivity tools.
- Build strong stakeholder management and communication skills while working with enterprise customers across the US, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ regions.
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech (2026 graduating batch).
- Preferred branches: Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Available for a full-time, 6-month internship.
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of APIs, REST services, web technologies, cloud computing, and enterprise software concepts.
- Demonstrate strong AI acumen and an AI-first mindset.
- Regularly use Generative AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Can explain how AI has helped them solve academic, technical, or real-world problems.
- Understand the fundamentals of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI automation concepts.
- Are excited about applying AI to customer success, technical consulting, enterprise software, and business workflows.
- Continuously explore emerging AI technologies and adopt new tools.
