About the Role:
We are in the process of raising $10M+ in seed funding from marquee VCs, and we're building out the founder's office.
This is a generalist role for people who want to work shoulder to shoulder with the founders on everything that matters — product, hiring, marketing, and whatever else the day throws up. You'll be close to where decisions actually get made.
What We're Looking For:
No pedigree needed. We don't care where you studied or who you worked for. What we do care about is sharp game sense — the instinct to read a situation, think a few moves ahead, and make good calls under pressure.
Compensation:
INR 18–30 LPA, depending on seniority.
One Thing We Won't Sugarcoat:
This is not a 9-to-6 job. You'll be working founder's hours. If you want clean boundaries and a predictable schedule, this isn't for you. If you want to build fast and be in the thick of it, this might be exactly right.
What We Will Look For:
We will evaluate based on your understanding of the product and your previous gaming experience. Only candidates who score in the top 100 (with a score of 1000+) as of 15th September on zipzap.games will be considered for interviews.
